Yes! This program and timeslot was designed specifically to accommodate this. We understand that finding childcare can be difficult and get in the way of you making some time for yourself. You can also come along without your little one too if you prefer. You're welcome to bring your baby along as long as they are in a pram or carrier. They'll stay in a dedicated area away from the training zone. You can bring play mats etc with you to keep them entertained and we have baby changing facilities too. Full responsibility for care and wellbeing rests with the parent however.
New mums can join The Strong Mum Club from as soon as 6 weeks after giving birth providing that your health care professional is happy for you to do so. Typically it's advised to be around 12 weeks post-natal before coming onboard. Mums that have had a caesarean birth may need to wait up until 12 weeks until they start a new exercise program. If you’re unsure then our Post Natal Coach, Jordan is happy to provide free advice.(you'll be able to book a brief time to chat once you've applied).
Absolutely! Your body has very specific needs after giving birth due to the changes that your body has been through and with the hormones you may be experiencing. The Strong Mum Club ensures to meet you where you’re currently at. Our program is adaptable so that you can ease into exercise safely and effectively and continue looking after your health and wellbeing. You'll be taught everything you need to know and have feedback and support from the coaches.
Our sessions will be held every Tuesday & Thursday from 10.30am at our PRIVATE group personal training studio at:

You'll get all the benefits of a 1-1 Personal Trainer, including Training, Nutrition and Accountability. You'll also have access to an extensive App that has everything you could ever need to know about getting healthier and fit. Normally a 1 hour session will cost £35-£50 with one of our coaches. However, as this is a Group Personal Training Program, you'll get a discounted rate. You can avail of our Small Group PT Rate for just £200 for the 6 Weeks (Saving you £220). About £16/session.
The Strong Mum Club program kicks off on Tuesday 30th September. We have a maximum capacity of 5 ladies at a time to ensure that every Mum gets the highest level of coaching.
