Have you been desperately wanting to kick-start your health & fitness journey (perhaps even for a long time) but been too nervous or anxious to join a gym?
Anxious about what others might be thinking about you, if you were to join one of those big commercial gyms?
Worried about having to "keep up" with other people at regular gyms, boot camps or fitness classes?
Don't know what to do to shift those unwanted lbs and finally get into shape, while feeling good at the same time?



This isn't a gym membership. You won't be given a membership card and told "good luck", while you try and figure it all out for yourself. With TRANSFORM, all of your sessions will be led by highly experienced Personal Trainers, who'll show you how to exercise safely, effectively and adapt the workout around the physical abilities. You'll build confidence, strength and notice improvements within a few short weeks. Generally you'll train 2x per week to begin with and we have over 25 sessions a week to choose from to suit everyone's schedules.

Lose Weight, Not Your Sanity. You'll not be asked to endure some low-carb, flavour free diet. You'll not be asked to give up your favourite foods and drinks. Because that's not sustainable for the long term. Instead, we'll teach you everything you need to know on how to eat healthy, while still also enjoying your favourite foods and drinks. You'll change unhealthy habits, little by little - so that the results you get, you'll keep.

Your mindset is the biggest influence on your thoughts, feelings, habits and behaviours. These all ultimately create your results. If you want new results (to lose weight, get fitter, stronger etc), we need to start with your mindset. We need to unlearn habits, patterns, thinking styles that are sabotaging your success. We'll replace them with a new, healthy attitude and mindset towards health and fitness, that will enable you to get results that last.

If you get your training, nutrition and mindset all on the right track - you're pretty much set on getting the results you want. We bring this all together, by handing you the blueprint and then holding you accountable to getting it done. And sometimes, life gets in the way, illness creeps in, you get busy or just plain fall of the wagon (hard)... If that happens, we'll be there to pull you back up, dust you down and get you re-focused and back on track again. You'll also get weekly texts and check ins to make sure you're enjoying the program and are making progress.



We have different times available depending on the programs you select.
Over 60's Program - Mon, Wed & Fri - 1030am - 11.15am
Group PT Program - Our sessions run most weekdays at 615am, 930am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm and Sat at 830am and 930am.
All sessions are 45 mins. You can pick any sessions that best suit your schedule, you're not bound to the same days and times every week.

In short - The 6 Week Program is our Signature Group PT Program that's designed to give you everything you need to kick start your fitness journey.
We cover:
Training - You'll get 2-3 group personal trainer led sessions per week, where they coaches will tailor the workouts and exercises to your ability. This isn't a gym membership, you'll not be given a membership and told to get on with it by yourself. We'll take you step by step through everything.
Nutrition - You'll get access to our App, where you'll get weekly content and insights on everything about nutrition. We'll steer you on how to develop healthier habits, so that you can lose weight, get in shape and feel good - without losing your sanity.
Accountability - You'll get regular check ins from our coaches to assess your progress and if you start to slip, miss sessions or life just get's busy or chaotic, we'll be there to pull you back on track again.
Community - You'll join an incredible community of regular everyday people. No ego's, no gym bunnies. Just real people, who want to achieve real results. You'll sweat, support and smile together through our sessions and you'll also get to join our community events like our bowling nights, mountain walks and more!
Our studio is conveniently located at 33 Townsend Street, Banbridge, BT32 3LF (Right beside Martin Phillips Carpets and beside Iceland). We have our own car parking available on site.
All of our Group PT Sessions are 45 mins with one of our veteran coaches.
Perfect. The benefit of being part of a Personal Trainer (PT) led program, is that we can tailor the programs to suit each individual. While we have a structured training program everyone will go through, we'll modify it and adapt to suit your levels of fitness. We slow down at the start to make sure you're comfortable while learning techniques and then we'll scale at the rate that's right for you.
We fully understand your concerns. Our team are trained GP Referral / Exercise Referral Specialists, which means we're qualified and have incredible experience at working with individuals who have medical conditions, aches, pains etc that we may need to work around. We'll tailor the workout around your abilities and any existing aches, pains or medical conditions. We have active members with diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, Cerebral Palsy, MS, skeletal complications such as knee's, back etc and general aches such as knees, back etc. On our initial call, we'll discuss this and assess what might be the best option.
It's functional fitness. Our sessions are split into 2 themes, Strength & Sweat.
Strength are functional strength based sessions that use barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight and kettlebells to build lean muscle, improve strength, balance and helps with created more "toned" or "sculpted" physiques.
Sweat are functional blends of strength and cardio training. Each sweat session is different and no day is the same. You'll sweat, smile and support each other through workouts that'll get your sweat on, while burning lots of calories.
Which sessions should you go for? Whichever sessions you enjoy and align with your goals. We always suggest that you try a bit of both.
We get it. We were in that position before too. It can feel intimidating. We have intentionally built a gym for people who hate gyms. There's no mirrors, no egos, and no gym bunnies or people running around with their shirts off. Just a bunch of real, everyday people. The first step is always the hardest, but once you get going - you'll never look back. Plus, when we get you started on your first day, we'll partner you up with people who can help you feel more comfortable and you'll build friendships fast.
