Every session is PT-led and fully coached.

Absolutely. Most of our members start out busy— work, kids, life. That’s why the 6-Week Challenge is built around 2 to 3 (maximum) sessions per week, all at 45 minutes long. We help you stay consistent even in the middle of chaos. We have 25 sessions a week to choose from 615am, 930am, 1030am (Over 60's Only), 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. We also have Saturday Sessions at 830am and 930am. You have the full flexibility to book the sessions that suit your life and you don't have to stick to the same sessions each week.
We have different program options and pricing available. On your call with our team, we'll have a brief chat about your current starting point, look at the goals you have and lifestyle - then together, we'll create a plan that will work for you.
Absolutely! Our programs are Personal Trainer led, so you'll get expert guidance on how to get started, you'll start slow and build fast. Our team ensures to meet you where you’re currently at. Our program is adaptable so that you can ease into exercise safely and effectively and continue looking after your health and wellbeing. You'll be taught everything you need to know and have feedback and support from the coaches.
In most cases, yes.
Our coaches are Exercise Referral Specialists, meaning they are specially trained to tailor every session around your body, working safely around injuries, limitations, or conditions.
We’ll adjust movements, intensity, and load so you can train without flaring anything up.
Your plan is personalised. You won’t be pushed into anything that isn’t right for you

Not at all. Most of the people who join us are starting from scratch or returning after a long break. We ease you in with movements you can do, gradually increasing intensity only when your body—and your confidence—are ready. Think of this like getting your momentum back with a coach beside you, showing you exactly what to do and how to do it safely.
